i got the best and the worst of customers today.
the worst nearly cried when talking to me.
the best was a bit fussy at first but was laughing and joking and wanting to get my namecard in the end.
at the end of the work day, i was one cranky and snappy person.
and oh, do not ever say "i've got a secret" but end up not telling me. i rather not know at all den know that i will not get to know. get it? so just shut up and ya shut up in the first place. ARGHHH!
and sorry to those that i kept waiting, wasnt intentional. sorry.
new environment next week. weee.
